Heartwarming Christmas Commercial That People Just Keep Watching Over and Over Again

Winter is not necessarily loved by everyone, at least not the cold and rainy part of it, but what is indeed loved is the Christmas spirit It reminds us of a worry-free time, a happy place, a time of the year when the whole family gets together, and we spend the evenings staying in and watching Christmas movies.

We must agree that the first signs of the holidays are the Christmas commercials. They are always cheerful, making us think of the true importance of family and closeness. Even though we almost never watch commercials, and have the tendency to skip them, there are some which are really worthy of our time.

Such a commercial is the Bouygues French holiday commercial – “An unforgettable Christmas”. It represents the strong bond between fathers and children, showing a story of a father who tries his hardest to amuse his son, dancing for him and making him laugh.

When the boy becomes a teenager, he’s embarrassed by his father dancing and doesn’t seem to enjoy it as he used to, up until the time he has a baby himself, when he sees how much his father actually tried to brighten him up and be there for him.

So, at the end of the commercial, the father gets a video call in which he sees his son dancing for his own baby the same way he did   In the commercial, smartphones are presented as tools to connect generations and share important moments with our loved ones, and not only as parts of the technology.

The song that accompanies it is Redbones’s Come Get Your Love.

After having released “An unforgettable Christmas”, the French Telecom’s operators made the decision to make another great success, named “Father Christmas”, launched on the 4th of November 2019.

In a time where the true values are almost all gone, it is nice to see that there are people who still believe in them, so this commercial is an amazing reminder of that, and it has captured the hearts of people all over the world. Don’t hesitate to watch it, in case you still haven’t!
